Corn Cake


INGREDIENTS

280g. of green corn;

300ml of oil;

1 cup of sugar;

1 cup of cornmeal;

4 eggs;

2 tablespoons of wheat flour;

2 tablespoons grated coconut;

1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add the green corn, oil, sugar, corn, eggs, and wheat flour, then beat until creamy.

2. Then, add the grated coconut and the yeast, mix again.

3. Pour dough into greased baking sheet and bake;

4. In a medium oven at 180 ° C, preheat for 40 minutes and bake.

5. Serve the cake with good coffee, and enjoy.
