INGREDIENTS

- 500g White Canjica Nutrimilho

- 1 liter of milk

- 200 ml of coconut milk

- 2 cans of sour cream

- 1 can of condensed milk

- 2 cups milk powder

- 100 grams of grated coconut

 

PREPARATION:

Place the Canjica White Nutritious Sauce in 2 liters of water for 12 hours. Cook in pressure cooker for 45 minutes.

In the blender beat the milk, the coconut milk, the cream, the condensed milk and the milk powder. Put in a pan along with the cooked canjica. Bring to the boil for 30 minutes stirring until creamy. Mix the grated coconut to finish.

Serve warm or cold.
