Ingredients
1 can of corn
1 and 1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium onion grated
1 vegetable broth tablet
1 can of sour cream
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Method of preparation
Blend the corn and milk in the blender
In a pan, heat the butter, add the onion and sauté a little.
Add the wheat flour and stir quickly until the onion is golden.
Mix the beaten corn with the milk and vegetable broth.
Stir until completely dissolved and cook for about 10 minutes, until the cream thickens a bit.
Add the cream and mix well
