Ingredients
1 kg of chicken fillet
1 can of sour cream (can be a box)
1 can of drained green corn
1 white sauce recipe of your choice
Bread flour for breading
Method of preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into strips not too thin, season to your taste, pass in the breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil, set aside.
Make the white sauce, put in the blender, the white cream, the cream and a part of the corn, beat and then mix the rest of the corn.
In a refractory place the fried fillet and on top throw the cream.
