PRODUCT:
Corn Flakes are produced from classified Grits and laminated at high temperature. They are thin blades of pre-cooked corn grits, with high nutritional value, widely consumed in the northeast region of Brazil, in dishes such as the traditional northeastern Brazilian couscous, as well as polentas, cakes, cookies and others. The product has a smaller grain size when compared to Flocked Coarse Corn Grits.
PURPOSES:
Raw material for the Packaging, Cake Mix, Cooking, Condiments Industries, among others.
